		<description>I wonder if similar things were said about CB radios in the mid 1970&#039;s when the big CB radio craze was hitting the country. In those days, a lot more citizens had CB radios in their private automobiles. Even today, with all the talk about banning cell phone use while driving, why no similar ban on the use of CB radios by truckers and other drivers? They are probably almost as distracting (probably a little less distracting, because the &quot;dialing&quot; component is eliminated). While one might argue that truckers use CB radios for their work, similar arguments could be made by virtually anyone who uses a cell phone for a work-related purpose while driving.</description>
